How much is a bike ride in Karachi?
Every bike fare is the same two numbers: Rs 50 base plus Rs 18 for each kilometre of your actual route. A 5 km hop works out around Rs 140; 10 km is about Rs 230. The worked examples above are calculated from the live rates, so they are the same numbers the app shows.
There is no surge pricing: rain, rush hour and Eid do not change the rate.
Who is riding the bike?
Every Drivio rider has submitted their CNIC, driving licence, vehicle registration and a police character certificate, and an admin — a person, not an algorithm — has reviewed them before they could go online. You watch the rider approach on the map, the trip is tracked live, and the SOS button is in the app.
