1. Who we are

Drivio is a technology platform that connects customers and riders. We do not provide transport ourselves, we do not employ Riders, and we are not a party to the agreement you make with a Rider.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, apply whenever you use the Drivio app. You must be 18 or older.

2. Services

Drivio offers Normal Rides, Pool Rides, Vehicle Rental, Pickup & Drop and Parcel Delivery, subject to availability and eligibility.

Drivio may add, pause, or withdraw a service at any time.

3. Your bookings

• Give accurate pickup, drop-off and contact details — a Rider is matched on what you enter.
• The price or estimate is shown before you confirm. Pay in cash or from your in-app wallet, as offered for that service.
• Cancellations follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Your belongings are your responsibility. Check the vehicle before you leave it.

4. How to behave

• Treat Riders with respect. No harassment, threats or discrimination.
• Do not use Drivio for anything unlawful, and do not carry unlawful goods.
• Do not use a false identity, and do not tamper with payments, wallet or verification.

Breaking these Terms can lead to suspension or removal of your account, subject to applicable law.

5. Responsibility and safety

Criminal, fraudulent, abusive and illegal activity is prohibited on Drivio. Every user is responsible for their own actions.

Drivio is not responsible for independent criminal, illegal, fraudulent or abusive acts committed by a Rider, subject to applicable law. Such acts are the sole responsibility of the person who commits them and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Reporting a problem

Report anything unsafe, suspicious or illegal through in-app Support, or by email to support@drivio.pk. We review reports and may suspend, remove or report an account that breaks these Terms or the law.

In an emergency, contact the emergency services first — in Pakistan, 15 (police) or 1122 (rescue).

7. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drivio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and Drivio's total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the service charges you paid to Drivio in that period or Rs 10,000. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under the law.

8. Changes, ending and governing law

You may stop using Drivio and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. Drivio may suspend or end your access for breach, fraud, safety risk or legal reasons, and will give at least 7 days' notice of material changes to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan; courts at Karachi have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum rights.
