1. Who we are

Drivio is a technology platform that connects customers and riders. You drive as an independent service provider: Drivio does not employ you and is not a party to the agreement you make with a Customer.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Rider Partner Agreement, apply whenever you use the Drivio app. You must be 18 or older.

2. Services

Drivio offers Normal Rides, Pool Rides, Vehicle Rental, Pickup & Drop and Parcel Delivery, subject to availability and eligibility.

Drivio may add, pause, or withdraw a service at any time.

3. Your account and vehicle

• Your identity documents, driving licence and vehicle details must be accurate and kept up to date. The Rider role stays inactive until Drivio approves them.
• Drive only a vehicle registered on your account, and keep its registration, fitness and insurance valid.
• Your account is yours alone. Do not let anyone else drive on it.

4. Driving

• Follow all traffic laws and transport regulations that apply to you.
• You are responsible for your vehicle and for the way you drive, including the safety of the passengers and goods you carry.
• Never drive while unfit to do so.
• Keep GPS on while you are on duty. Your live location is shared with the matched Customer so they can track the trip.

5. Earnings

Fares are collected in cash or through the in-app wallet, as offered for the service. Drivio deducts its commission and releases the rest to you once the service completes. Cancellations follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. How to behave

• Treat Customers with respect. No harassment, threats or discrimination.
• Do not use Drivio for anything unlawful, and do not carry unlawful goods.
• Do not use a false identity, tamper with payments, wallet or verification, or take Drivio bookings off-platform to avoid commission.

Breaking these Terms can lead to suspension or removal of your account, subject to applicable law.

7. Responsibility and safety

Criminal, fraudulent, abusive and illegal activity is prohibited on Drivio. Every user is responsible for their own actions.

Drivio is not responsible for independent criminal, illegal, fraudulent or abusive acts committed by a Customer, subject to applicable law. Such acts are the sole responsibility of the person who commits them and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Reporting a problem

Report anything unsafe, suspicious or illegal through in-app Support, or by email to support@drivio.pk. We review reports and may suspend, remove or report an account that breaks these Terms or the law.

In an emergency, contact the emergency services first — in Pakistan, 15 (police) or 1122 (rescue).

9. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drivio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and Drivio's total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the commission earned from your trips in that period or Rs 10,000. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under the law.

10. Changes, ending and governing law

You may stop driving with Drivio and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. Drivio may suspend or end your access for breach, fraud, safety risk or legal reasons, and will give at least 7 days' notice of material changes to these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan; courts at Karachi have jurisdiction.
